Community for Understanding and Hope
Founded in response to the shooting, Community for Understanding and Hope organizes events to encourage interracial dialog and community building.
SPROG, Inc.
Founded in 1970 by Meacham Park community activist William “Bill” Jones, Sprog is a summer program for youth ages five to fifteen. SPROG provides educational, cultural, and recreational activities through the motto “love and concern.”
Hope Unlimited
Hope Unlimited works with at-risk youth in the metropolitan St. Louis area, providing one-on-one tutoring and mentoring, bible study and discipleship, summer camp, sports, work training and placement, and exciting field trips.
P.E.A.K.
Partnership for Educational Achievement in Kirkwood aids parents and caregivers in providing the best possible educational environment for educational achievement while partnering with community heath, social, and educational resources.
